Dr. Caleb M. Duke PT, DPT, M.S.Ed, Physical Therapist

I was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. I had the pleasure of being the youngest of four brothers. I grew up wrestling and playing football and I concluded a twelve year wrestling career after two years of collegiate competition at the University of North Florida. I completed the remainder of my education at the University of Miami. Go Canes! I am a husband to an amazing wife and a proud father to an incredible daughter. I received the majority of my formal education from the University of Miami. My undergraduate degree was in Exercise Physiology; as my knowledge of the human body grew so did my fascination and appreciation for its ability to heal itself. My curiosity ultimately led me down the path in search to better understand how the body should function optimally. I went on to finish Masters degrees in Nutrition for Health and Human Performance & Strength and Conditioning along the way to receiving my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. It’s my hope that I can leverage my education and clinical experience to facilitate not just healing, but that I can help my patients take meaningful steps in the right direction towards a healthier and happier life.

My values are Honesty, Integrity, and Accountability.

“The tougher the breeze; the tougher the trees.”

I treat patients and specialize in rehabilitative and habilitative services with a focus on whole health functioning. Life happens and oftentimes we stray away from our health goals and expectations. Regardless of your current state, I want to help guide you towards taking your next step in the right direction.

One of the things I love most about my job is having the opportunity to connect with our patients everyday on a personal and meaningful level.

My family and I enjoy spending time in nature. We can most often be seen in, on, or near the water. We’ll take advantage of any chance we can get to go beaching, boating, fishing, or just relaxing. I also love to travel!
